Where do I pick up the motorcycle in Marrakech?
We deliver free of charge to your riad, hotel or to Marrakech-Menara airport within an agreed radius. You are also welcome to collect it from our meeting point by arrangement.
Can I return the bike in another city?
Yes. One-way rentals are possible, for example starting in Marrakech and returning in Casablanca, Fès or Kénitra, for a transfer surcharge.
Which motorcycle should I choose from Marrakech?
For the Atlas and the Sahara, the Yamaha Ténéré 700 and the BMW GS are ideal. For a first off-road experience, the lighter Honda CRF250 or Suzuki DR are easier to handle.
When is the best time to ride from Marrakech?
March to May and September to November are ideal: mild temperatures on the plain and open Atlas passes. In summer the city regularly passes 40 °C and you need an early start. In winter the Tizi n'Tichka can close for a few hours after snowfall.
How many days should I allow from Marrakech?
Allow three days minimum for a round trip to the desert via Ouarzazate, and five to seven for a proper Atlas-Sahara loop without rushing. Two days is enough for the Ourika valley and the nearby passes.
