Rental Conditions

Minimum Rental

All rentals have a minimum duration of 2 days. Morocco deserves at least that, and so does the bike.

Age

The minimum age to rent any motorcycle is 21 years.

Driving License

You must hold a motorcycle license issued more than 2 years ago. An International Driving Permit is recommended alongside your national license.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €1000-€2000 applies, depending on the motorcycle. The deposit is authorized but not charged, the hold is simply released after the bike is returned in good condition.

• Charged to a credit card in the renter's name (pre-authorization), never cash

Reservation

A 20% deposit confirms your reservation. The remaining balance is paid at pickup, by credit card or cash. No full online payment, ever.

Required Documents

• Driving License (motorcycle category)
• Passport or National ID
• Hotel address or proof of accommodation
• Credit card under the renter's name

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup and return only by appointment
• Available Monday-Sunday with 2-day notice

Safety Equipment

Available as optional extras:

• Helmet (mandatory)
• Gloves (mandatory)
• Jacket
• Waterproof suit

You are welcome to bring your own gear, helmet and gloves must be worn at all times.

Insurance

• All motorcycles include third-party liability insurance
• Travel insurance covering motorcycle riding is mandatory
• Proof of insurance may be requested before rental

Technical Problems

Our machines are maintained meticulously, but adventure is adventure. If a technical problem occurs:

• Contact us immediately, we operate 24/7 assistance
• We first attempt a quick local repair through our network of trusted mechanics
• If repair is impossible, we provide an equivalent motorcycle
• If no equivalent is available, we arrange an alternative solution
• Where appropriate, a rental discount is applied for lost riding time

General Terms

• Renter responsibility, the renter is responsible for the motorcycle from pickup to return, and must ride respecting Moroccan traffic law.
• Damages, damage beyond normal wear is assessed at return and deducted from the security deposit up to its limit.
• Traffic fines, any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
• Illegal use prohibited, competition, paid passenger transport, subletting, or any illegal activity voids the rental agreement immediately.
• Return conditions, return the motorcycle at the agreed time and place, with the same fuel level, in the same condition as delivered. Late or remote returns must be agreed in advance.
