Can I reach the desert from Agadir?
Yes, via Tata and Foum Zguid: allow two to three days to reach the Zagora region and Erg Chegaga. It is a wilder, far quieter route than the Marrakech-Merzouga corridor.
When is the best time to ride from Agadir?
Agadir is one of the most reliable destinations in Morocco: mild in winter, bearable in summer thanks to the ocean. Just avoid the Anti-Atlas interior in high summer, where it gets markedly hotter than on the coast.
